Dynoed at 115whp!

Was the 143.3whp dynoed when you was N/A ? If so, yes it's normal to lose some hp when not boosting with a supercharger. If not, that manifold really sucks.

At zero psi an M62 doesn't suck up that much power. At 10psi and 12000RPM it uses around that much. I'd guess a few HP are lost to the blower at most, the manifold probably accounts for some, and there's probably a tad too much fuel due to the higher baseline pressure set on the JR regulator. How about timing. Are you sure your BTM doesn't take any out when it's set at zero?
